30 Days Free Return

Our return policy lasts 30 days since the delivery date. 

If our products can’t work when it arrive you. you can start a free return within 30 days of the delivery date, we will cover the return shipping cost.

If it is your problems to return a scooter, you will pay return shipping cost yourself.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back directly, contact us before do that.

In 30 days free return policy, there are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

• Scooter is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
• Scooter is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Repairs

Our warranty policy lasts 2 years, please contact us if your scooter have any problems. We will solve all problems in following steps:

• Ship repair parts to you if the problem can be resolved by yourself. We will help you online.
• Return to our repair center for complicated problems, we will cover the shipping cost.
