iEZway 12-Month Warranty

All IEZway products are covered under our manufacturer’s 1-year all-inclusive warranty for the original owner against all manufacturing defects (The warranty period of accessories is separately stipulated).

Warranty Target Audience

  1. All quality-related defects on items sold directly by Hiboy or Hiboy’s authorized resellers are covered by an extensive warranty
  2. Quality-related warranty claims purchased through iezway’s authorized distributors and retailers (such as Wal-Mart and Amazon) are provided by the distributor or retailer to provide warranty services

Batteries

iEZway provide 6-Month prorated warranty for batteries.

  1. During 6-Month of service – A defective battery will be repaired or replaced at no cost to the customer. The warranty period for a repaired or replaced battery remains unchanged based on the original purchase date.
  2. After the first 6-Month of service – Hiboy offers discounts for customers to buy new batteries.Batteries purchased will have a new 6-Month warranty based on the purchase date.
  3. No cash reimbursement will be made.
  4. Batteries can be assessed and found defective directly by Hiboy

Parts & Components

Original Hiboy parts & components are covered by a 6-Month limited warranty

  This Limited Warranty does not cover:

  1. Warranty service will be not honored if the damage is caused by human.
  2. Warranty service will be honored if the damage is not caused by human

Shipping Damage Claims

In rare instances, the item received may be damaged during transportation. If shipping damage occurs, please contact [email protected] and provide us with photo or video proof.

NOTICE: we will not accept Shipping Damage Claims later than 7 days from receipt of products.

Repair Service

For repair services, Hiboy will only provide free replacement parts.

Limitation of Damages

Except to the extent prohibited by applicable law, Hiboy shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue or data, resulting from any breach of express or implied warranty or condition, or under any other legal theory, even when Hiboy has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
